Terms of Service

These terms cover every tool under jusanuva.website (OneShot Secret, What’s My IP, Statement to Excel, Password Generator, QR Code Generator, and Weather) and the shared account system. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The service

jusanuva.website is a set of small, single-purpose, mostly free web tools. Most features work with no account at all. Signing in (via a one-time emailed link, no password) unlocks optional Pro features on a per-tool basis.

Accounts

One email address = one account, shared across every tool on the site.
You’re responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with — anyone with a working sign-in link to your inbox can access your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Pro subscriptions

Pro features are currently offered as a free preview — no payment is collected today. Once real billing launches, we’ll tell you clearly before charging anything, and you’ll be able to cancel at any time from your account page. We’ll update this section when that happens.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use OneShot Secret (or any other tool) to share content that’s illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
Abuse, scrape at scale, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on any tool or API.
Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or API key.
Use the What’s My IP developer API for anything illegal, or in a way that violates the terms of the underlying data providers.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

Intellectual property

The site’s code, design, and branding belong to its operator. Anything you create with the tools — a generated password, a QR code, a converted spreadsheet, a shared secret — belongs to you. We don’t claim any ownership over it, and in most cases (see the Privacy Policy) we never even see it, since it’s processed entirely in your browser.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. In particular:

Geolocation, ISP, and network data (What’s My IP) comes from third-party lookup services and is approximate — it can be wrong, outdated, or unavailable.
Weather forecasts, nearby attractions, and restaurant listings come from third-party data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
OneShot Secret links can only be viewed the number of times and until the expiry you set — losing the link means losing the secret permanently; we can't recover it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, missed messages, or reliance on inaccurate third-party data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including abusive API usage or illegal content. You can stop using the service, or delete your account, at any time.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
