This policy covers every tool under jusanuva.website — OneShot Secret, What’s My IP, Statement to Excel, Password Generator, QR Code Generator, Weather, and the shared account system. The short version: we collect as little as possible, most tools need no account at all, and we never sell or share your data for advertising.

Signing in is optional and only needed for Pro features. We ask for your email address, send a one-time sign-in link to it (valid 15 minutes, single use), and store: your email, account creation date, and Pro subscription status. That’s the entire account record.
One cookie, jusanuva_session, set only if you sign in. It’s strictly
necessary to keep you signed in across every tool on the site (that’s the whole point
of a shared account) and isn’t used for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Because
it’s strictly necessary, it doesn’t require a cookie-consent banner under GDPR/ePrivacy
rules — and we don’t set any cookie that would.
To understand which tools get used, we log a pageview per visit: which app, the referring site's domain (not the full URL), and a one-way hash of your IP address + browser + the calendar day. That hash rotates every day and is never stored alongside your actual IP — it exists only to dedupe "unique visitors" in aggregate stats, and can’t be used to identify you or follow you across days or sites. No cookie is involved, and no third-party analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics) is used anywhere on the site.

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run the site. None of them receive more than the minimum needed to do their job, and none are permitted to use your data for their own purposes:

Self-service: sign in at account.jusanuva.website and use Delete my account to immediately and permanently remove your account, sessions, subscription status, and any saved data tied to it across every tool (templates, dynamic QR codes, API keys). For anything else — including a request about data from before you had an account — email privacy@jusanuva.website.
Everything is hosted in the UK. We don't transfer your data anywhere else.
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
