Chain Coordinator ("the Service", "we", "us") is a third-party faction coordination tool for the browser game Torn City (torn.com). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Torn Ltd.
The Service provides faction leaders and their members with a shared dashboard showing real-time game stats (energy, nerve, cooldowns, activity, battle stats) retrieved through the official Torn REST API using API keys voluntarily provided by each user.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Data Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
To use the Service you must:
Access to certain features (e.g. faction management) requires a valid, unexpired subscription or trial period as configured by the administrator.

The Service requests only the data endpoints it needs to operate. Specifically, we use the following Torn API selections on your key:

We never use your API key to perform attacks, send items, transfer money, accept trades, or take any action within the game on your behalf.
You may revoke your API key at any time from Torn → Preferences → API . Revoking it will immediately stop the Service from fetching new data for your account. Your cached data will remain until you delete your account.
Some target-list features can optionally import spy data from TornStats. Those features use a separate TornStats API key that you enter for that request; your Torn API key is not sent to TornStats.

We do not store email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, device identifiers, payment information, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.

We do not sell, rent, licence, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. We do not run advertising. We do not perform analytics that leave the server.
Optional TornStats imports are user-initiated and use the TornStats API key you provide for that import request.
The Service may refresh member dashboard data automatically on a short server-side schedule, as well as when an authorised user manually requests a refresh. Scheduled refreshes use each member's own encrypted Torn API key, are read-only, and are staggered to respect Torn's published API limits.
This Service operates within the published Torn City API terms and fair-use guidelines . We are committed to the following:

We only call the endpoints listed in Section 3. You can verify this by inspecting
network traffic to api.torn.com while using the Service.
If Torn Ltd updates their API policies in a way that affects this Service, we will update our practices accordingly and notify users.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.
On deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Audit log entries referencing your account ID may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for security purposes, after which they are purged. These entries contain only action codes and timestamps — no personal game data.
You may also remove only your API key without deleting your account, from Settings → Torn API Key. This stops all future data fetching immediately.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, Torn API downtime, or other factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent closure, we will provide at least 7 days' notice where possible and will securely delete all user data.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Chain Coordinator is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Torn Ltd. All Torn game data, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Torn Ltd.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of game progress, account bans, or data loss.
You use this Service at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that providing your API key to third-party tools complies with Torn's Terms of Service as they stand at the time of use.
